20 Below is one of only three companies in the United States to own this laser etching machine. This is cutting edge technology that actually laser-etches right into the polar fleece. The upside to using this technology is, we offer free set-up and we can make your logo as small as a left chest or big as a full jacket back. Please forward all logos, as overly intricate logos may not work with this technology.

We have
been in the garment manufacturing business since 1964.
Ever abreast of the market, we have an understanding of what you need
and what you want.
CAPACITY
Fine quality, reliable
delivery and competitive pricing has made us one of the largest embroidery
facilities in the U.S.A.. Our service is very reactive and flexible.
We make adjustments when and where necessary such as adding shifts and/or
equipment as work load necessitates. Currently, we are running up to
200,000 pieces per week, however this changes from day to day and week
to week. Average production is 5 million + pieces annually.
